Service Advisor

Beer Auto Group is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our high performing and multi award winning Isuzu UTE, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Chery and Polaris dealership. Reporting directly to the service manager and workshop controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for booking in customers, raising repair orders, parts ordering and invoicing, warranty checks, upselling of items found during service, following up and liaising with customers. The successful applicant will possess: Exceptional and proven customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organisational skills Strong computer skills Ability to multi-task Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry would be highly regarded Manual licence would be advantageous This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful business and a dedicated team.
