Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Melbourne Permanent / Full Time Permanent role Based in Melbourne Southeast Suburbs Immediate start, Full time office based role About the organization Dedicated to providing the highest standard of service to the trucking industry we are gearing up for an epic growth journey About the role A motivated and friendly Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in their growth journey.you'll be the bridge between their clients and their workshop, ensuring their heavy vehicles get the Tender Love & Care they deserve as they go through the servicing process.Duties Coordinate day-to-day workshop bookings by responding to emails, answering phone calls, and managing front desk service enquiries Manage the bookings diary to ensure work is appropriately booked to enable the workshop to meet productivity KPIs Proactively communicate with customers about vehicle updates; answer questions about service outcomes, scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off/vehicle pick-up Communicate with Leading Hand about vehicle status, and ensure vehicles will be ready for customer on time Liaise with Leading Hand and parts coordinators about parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when vehicle repairs require them, and communicates any time restrictions to customers in timely manner Ensure customer vehicle is finished on time and details for services rendered and costs for those services, ensuring satisfaction at every step of interaction Actively advocate for clients when communicating vehicle problems and needs to repair department Ensure repeat business by contacting customers and arranging future repairs and services Conducting post-service surveys with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction Conduct follow up calls and customer satisfaction surveys, identifying opportunities for rebooking Advising customers of value-add products and services Maintain electronic and/or paper records of completed service work Matching job orders to invoices, preparing invoices and processing payments WIP management and administration support as directed Other related duties as directed Skills & experience Previous service advisory experience in vehicle service department, knowledge of heavy vehicle parts and services (ideal) Minimum 3 years working experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Empathy and the ability to put yourself in our clients' shoes A problem solving mindset Knack for multitasking and staying calm under pressure.Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Benefits Enjoy working within a busy, dynamic, and rewarding environment.Full training of our systems and procedures Monday to Friday Opportunity to work within a growing business with the potential for future career development.On-site parking How to apply Click APPLY or contact Olivia Agar on (******) with an updated resume.Please note: Only successfully shortlisted candidates will be contacted.**Please note your suburb of residence on your resume** **Due to lack of public transport Candidates must have a car**
