Service Advisor (Fifo) - Karratha

Are you a skilled Service Advisor looking for an exciting FIFO opportunity? Join our dynamic team at Hunter Mechanical and work on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster out of Karratha, WA.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact between customers and our service team. Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work. Provide accurate service estimates and keep customers informed throughout the service process. Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Address customer enquiries and resolve any service-related issues. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a FIFO schedule. Knowledge of automotive services is an advantage. Valid driver's license. Benefits:
