The Role In line with our rapid growth strategy, we're now looking for a part-time Client Services Loans Administration Officer.
This is a varied role within our busy Client Services team, to manage loan applications, progress payments and post-settlement customer service.
You'll ensure accurate processing from approval to settlement, working closely with key stakeholders.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling client enquiries via phone and emailProcessing construction progress payments, valuations, and dischargesReviewing loan contracts and ensuring settlement funds are in placeCommunicating with customers, brokers, and solicitorsMaintaining accurate loan data in Loanworks and FinpowerProcessing progress claims and ensuring timely settlementsEnsuring compliance with all policies and no fee discrepanciesYou Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellence?
