Velocity Truck Centre is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Daimler Trucks Perth to ensure our customers receive exceptional support.
About The Role: Deliver an outstanding customer experience Manage service and repair booking inquiries efficiently Respond to customer inquiries via email, telephone, and in-person Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with fleets of all sizes Identify and document any additional service requirements Coordinate with workshop controllers to ensure timely completion of all work.
