Position: Service Administrator (Medical/Vision Devices) / East (RL)
Location: Bendemeer
Salary: $3,000 to $3,600
Work Week: Mondays to Fridays : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Minimum Qualification: Diploma
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Job Description/Requirements: Responsibilities: To execute service using Service CRMManage the service hotline, assignment & dispatching of service jobs to Field Service EngineersHandle incoming enquiries from customers, such as Doctors & Nurses from hospitals & clinicsEnsure high customer satisfactionHandle Quotations for Spare Parts, Repairs & Service ContractsManage spare part purchase, service tools purchase & calibrationsManage loan of service tools and parts in the SEA regionManage return parts to factories & in-house factory repairsPreparation of documents required by customersPrompt closing of completed orders and maintain high data quality in Service CRMParticipate in Continuous Service Excellence projectsGenerate relevant reportsAny other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or its equivalent2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Admin, Order Processing, and Customer ServiceBasic knowledge in logistics will be an added advantageExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood time management skillsCustomer-oriented with a pleasant personality and proactive mindsetGood team player and able to work under tight timelinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel – Pivot table & Vlookup, etc) Remarks: Working Location: Bendemeer RoadInterested parties/candidates, please send an updated resume in MS Word format, including:(1) Expected salary(2) Reason(s) for leaving(3) Date of availability(We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified)
