Position: Service Administrator (Medical/Vision Devices) / East (RL)
Location: Bendemeer
Salary: $3,000 to $3,600
Work Week: Mondays to Fridays : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Minimum Qualification: Diploma
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Job Description/Requirements: Responsibilities: To execute service using Service CRM Manage the service hotline, assignment & dispatching of service jobs to Field Service Engineers Handle incoming enquiries from customers, such as Doctors & Nurses from hospitals & clinics Ensure high customer satisfaction Handle Quotations for Spare Parts, Repairs & Service Contracts Manage spare part purchase, service tools purchase & calibrations Manage loan of service tools and parts in the SEA region Manage return parts to factories & in-house factory repairs Preparation of documents required by customers Prompt closing of completed orders and maintain high data quality in Service CRM Participate in Continuous Service Excellence projects Generate relevant reports Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or its equivalent 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Admin, Order Processing, and Customer Service Basic knowledge in logistics will be an added advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good time management skills Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and proactive mindset Good team player and able to work under tight timelines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel – Pivot table & Vlookup, etc) Remarks: Working Location: Bendemeer Road
