The Opportunity
Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of Service Administrator. Based in Toowoomba, you will ensure that all service paperwork is processed efficiently, accurately and timely.
Main responsibilities include:
Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing
Opening and closing monthly reoccurring service jobs
Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
Assist with building, plant and tool maintenance
Payroll support and timesheet entry
Purchase order and invoice processing
Compile information required for internal & external audits
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar service administrative function within an industrial business
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)
The ability to work overtime as required in peak periods (eg: end of the month)
The ability to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
