About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Administrator to join our award-winning team in Rockhampton. This is a permanent position working with the team Monday to Friday.
As a Service Administrator, you will:
Provide a high level of administrative support and service that exceeds customer expectations.Collaborate internally to ensure all key stakeholders are informed and supported.Provide strong attention to detail to ensure appropriate parts, labour, and miscellaneous booked to the job to ensure accurate customer invoicing.Accurately encode and/or attach relevant documentation.Collate and review data as it relates to calculating labour hours.Action tasks relating to outside purchase orders as required.Why Hastings Deering? Proven and demonstrated experience in service administration and support.Knowledge, experience, and ability to manage purchase order requests.Highly developed skills and experience using specialist database programs and MS Office.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service to internal and external key stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously, manage own workflows, and meet deadlines.To Apply: Hit the 'Apply Now' button
