We are looking for someone to join our Service Administration team at our Belmont office.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers (dentists, practice managers, receptionists), responsible for coordinating repairs, and the service and installation of Dental equipment such as dental chairs, sterilisers along with other equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with both internal and external customers providing exceptional service at all times Processing customer orders, inquiries, quotes and returns Scheduling work for our field service technicians Ordering and transferring of stock Monitoring jobs ensuring high quality of customer service and rapid completion Advising customers of progress of service/warranty support Managing the repair exchange & warranty parts You will have the following skills, experience, and attributes: Previous experience in a phone based customer service / administration role Impeccable interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with a range of internal customers and external service providers to achieve required outcomes A team focused attitude with the ability to be hands on and adaptable Highly motivated individual who can work without direct supervision Comfortable following processes You will be computer literate with previous experience working with MS Office and other software platforms (Pronto and Salesforce desirable) What benefits can I enjoy?
