The Role We are seeking a Service Administrator to support our Service, Controls and Projects teams with managing the branch administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities Reception duties, accepting deliveries and booking couriers. Order office supplies and amenities. Book staff functions and meetings. Produce documents such as induction folders, site logbooks as required for compliance of sites or audit requirements. Arranging Building maintenance of PO's. Manage Inductions for New starters with ordering uniforms, booking online Inductions, booking medicals, Issuing of PPE equipment, lockout kits, first aid kits, issuing of company vehicles. Maintain Induction records and review expired records and update. Maintain Fleet vehicle maintenance and documentation. Collating requests, Raise PO's, Invoicing, data entry and answering debtor and creditor enquiries. Raise and Invoice project related Jobs. Follow up on outstanding and committed costs to ensure invoicing can be committed within KPI time frames. Assist other team members and provide backup. Allocate jobs to field staff. Manage and action Compliance inbox. Generation and Distribution of Monthly IMS schedule reports. Minimum Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following:
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Be willing to undergo a national police background check.
