At the heart of HCA's trusted and reliable equipment lies a team of talented and dedicated people committed to providing industry-leading machinery and service.The OpportunityHCA's Muswellbrook Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator for a 14-month fixed term. In this position, you will enjoy working alongside a talented team who are safety and customer-focused and who all help each other achieve success!Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:Assist with the local administration of branch vehicles.Process purchase orders, invoices, organize and schedule training.Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave.Compile information required for internal & external audits.Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.Assist in other general Service administration tasks.Maintenance of local databases to track WIP.To be successful in this role you will have:Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable.Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience is advantageous.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient in using MS Office and databases with office experience.The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.Apply Now and submit your resume for consideration.
