Traction Ag is seeking an experienced and organised Service Administration Assistant to join their team in Naracoorte, SA. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service department, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations.
What you'll be doing Handling incoming inquiries and requests from customers, dealers and technicians Scheduling and coordinating service appointments and technician dispatches Maintaining detailed service records and job histories Assisting with parts ordering and inventory management Preparing service reports and invoices Providing general administrative support to the Service team as needed What we're looking for Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail Strong communication and customer service abilities Experience in a service-oriented or administrative role, ideally within the agricultural industry Proficiency in using relevant software and information management systems A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive and friendly team environment Flexible work arrangements to maintain a healthy work-life balance About us Traction Ag is a leading provider of agricultural equipment and services, serving the farming community in regional South Australia.
