Haynes are currently seeking an Experienced Service Administrator for one of our valued clients located in Mackay, Queensland.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints Provide administrative support in the form of managing the training & inductions requirements for approx.
120 people in the Resource Industries Team, covering various mine sites and location across the Bowen Basin.
This will entail booking any customer mine site inductions through their systems/portals and booking external vendor training such as working at heights, confined space etc.
Ensures segments are closed with appropriate parts, labour and miscellaneous booked to the job to ensure accurate customer invoicing Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Administration Supervisor Follows up on any rework, write-off and goodwill requests with the Service Administration Supervisor Accurately encoding and or attach all relevant documentation to Microsoft AX as required by the Service Administration Supervisor Ensure labour hours have been correctly processed and that any missing labour hours are accounted for daily Action tasks relating to outside purchase orders as requested by the Service Admin Supervisor Prepare & finish segments on completion of work On Offer: Casual Ongoing Employment Basis Monday to Friday roster 7am to 3:30pm daily $35.90p.h.
