About Us Chung Wah Community Care (CWCC) provides care and support to the aged and disabled community, particularly non-English speakers, in Perth.
We provide culturally appropriate aged care and disability services to clients from the Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian and other ethnic communities throughout the Perth metro. We also deliver a series of general community programs and events for Asian migrants and the community at large.

About the Role Are you a solution focused admin with experience in delivering high quality administration and customer service? We are seeking an energetic and engaged Service Admin Support to join our team. You will provide essential administrative and clerical assistance to our Clinical team, Consumer Support team and Case Coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations and enhancement of client experience.
Your responsibilities Ensure enquiries from clients, caregivers and external stakeholders are responded to in a professional and timely manner.Organize and manage client and service files ensuring up-to-date and accurate information at all times. Compile, review, and submit the monthly PRODA report.Create and maintain new client records, transferring data from My Aged Care Service and Support (MAC) portal to the CRM (Echelon).Responsible for organizing meetings, calendar invites and meeting minutes, following up with action items and feedback.Ensure accurate billing for Home Help services and addressing discrepancies as they arise.Prepare and send client communication, including appointment reminders, policy updates, and service notifications.Identify and suggest improvements within administrative workflows to enhance efficiency.Assist in the coordination of Covid 19 protocols and maintaining up to date records.Proactively provide admin and customer service while working collaboratively with all teams.The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to excellence upholding Chung Wah Community Care's mission "A better community for all."
This role will be offered on a full-time basis based at our office in Northbridge.
Essential requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, with relevant qualification.Commitment to working with the elderly and younger people with disabilities.Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and adaptability with minimum supervision.
