Job Summary We are looking for a well-versed and results-driven SEO Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve rankings across all major search engines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, product marketing, and web development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify B2B-specific opportunities for optimising website content and enhancing search visibility. Collaborate closely with content creators to develop and optimise SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and addresses the needs of our audience. Perform regular site audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions for improved crawlability and indexability. Monitor and analyse organic search performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies tailored to our sector to improve our website's search rankings and relevance. Stay updated with B2B industry trends and evolving search engine algorithms, adapting strategies as necessary. Collaborate with web developers to implement any technical SEO enhancements and improvements. Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance results. Continuously analyse competitors' SEO strategies and recommend adjustments to maintain our competitive edge. Qualifications & Requirements Background in B2B SaaS. 5 years of experience in SEO roles with a demonstrated track record of improving organic search rankings within the B2B sector. Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Moz, and Ahrefs. Strong understanding of B2B-specific search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Experience with keyword research, analysis, and optimization. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyse data and trends. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other teams and provide insights. Ability to adapt SEO strategies to evolving trends and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Creative thinking to find innovative ways to enhance organic search performance. Additional Knowledge Google Ads. Google Analytics. HubSpot Marketing Enterprise. Webflow. Notion. This role will be a hybrid role with being in the office 3 days a week in our brand new office in Green Square.
