Discover how you can make a difference and grow with us.Scolmore International Ltd are looking to appoint a creative, talented SEO Analyst to drive SEO, optimise the Group's online presence based on analytics and keyword research, helping to drive organic growth.This is a brand-new position, with the opportunity to bring your SEO expertise to the Scolmore Group and demonstrate your talents in this rewarding and varied role, supported by a growing, motivated and creative team.Main DutiesOptimising the Group's websites and analysing analytics.Researching and implementing content recommendations.Ongoing tracking and reporting of activities.Maintaining the relationships with partner businesses that provide our products a route to market.Managing and expanding the pipeline of current partnership targets and opportunities for our products.Monitor and analyse SEO performance using industry-standard tools.Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights.Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine optimisation.Research and analyse competitor advertising links.Develop and implement link building strategy.Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.Skills and ExperienceProven experience as an SEO Executive or similar with good technical knowledge.Experience with CMS website platforms.Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity).Effective at keyword research, SEO auditing and technical analysis.Fluent in English, with exceptional writing skills, including spelling and grammar, with the ability to apply these in a proofreading and copy-editing context.Ability to present clear and easy to digest reports and insights.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Creative and passionate with an active interest in the industry.Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.Ability to think quickly, to devise effective solutions to complex problems.BenefitsOption to purchase up to 5 extra days annual leaveHealth Cashback PlanPension SchemeLife AssuranceFree ParkingSite Location: Scolmore House, Tamworth, B79 7UL
