Senior Wellbeing Officer Hospital Outreach Post-suicidal Engagement (HOPE)South West Healthcare (SWH) is currently seeking a Senior Wellbeing Officer to join our Hospital Outreach Post-suicidal Engagement (HOPE) team. In this key position, you will work closely with the Team Leader and Manager to support the leadership and coordination of a multi-disciplinary team delivering the HOPE program.The HOPE program offers mental health treatment services to individuals aged 16 and over who have been referred following a suicide attempt or are experiencing acute suicidal ideation. The team provides evidence-based biological, psychological, and social interventions tailored to each person's needs and goals, for up to three months.
