In this role, you'll: Join the Commercial & Supply Chain team where you will lead and be accountable for all warehousing operations for our rollingstock supply chain central warehousing operations at the Auburn Heavy Maintenance Centre.Manage and oversee the planning, scheduling and delivery of warehousing operations.Lead the provision of internal and external distribution between inventory storage locations, and to/from suppliers.Be a hands-on leader overseeing a team of between 25-30 team members, with a willingness to work intimately with frontline staff and drive customer service improvement in the specialist functions of Day of Operations, Material Kitting, Refurbishment Materials Supply, and Reverse Supply Chain.You bring demonstrated experience in warehouse management and distribution systems within a complex business environment with proven experience implementing and leading robust warehouse operations, plans, frameworks, systems, processes, and procedures, including managing large multidisciplinary warehouse operations.
You are resilient, are comfortable with working independently and have inclusive leadership qualities to proactively drive the team to deliver excellence daily.
You are tertiary qualified in Supply Chain and Logistics or have demonstrated significant relevant experience leading and being accountable for warehousing operations, either in-house or in a 3PL environment.
