Here we have options with major corporates, big name internationals, specialist advisory groups and boutique valuation groups.Responsibilities:Specialist training in litigation, development, advisory, compensation and ruralInterstate scope – exposure to markets in TAS, SA and NSWQuality Assurance (QA) Compliance – Peer review, training / development / mentoring / managementAdvising institutional and high net worth clients on tax, compensation, developmentStatutory valuations in compensation, council or rating & taxationAssets: Institutional CBD, government portfolio and council assetsTraining & Mentoring:Training & mentoring from some of the biggest Valuation profiles in Melbourne, including corporate heads and accomplished entrepreneurs.Minimum Requirements:Require: Commercial Valuation competence + CPV qualified.Nice to have: Compensation, council / statutory or rating and taxing experience.
