business.If you'd like to be part of our PM&E (Project Management & Engineering) Leisure team, where you can contribute to the design of products that embody core user experience principles, please apply!Day to day:Contribute to the definition and development of detailed customer experience designs from project inception, through to build and launchAssist with the creation of UX deliverables including scenario mapping, user journeysand workflows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypesBe responsible for conducting user research activities including interviews, contextual enquiries, A/B testing, surveys, and metrics analysis.Planning and conducting face-to-face and remote usability studies of existing and proposed designs, and documenting recommendations for improvement.Conducting heuristic reviews of existing workflows and documenting recommendations for improvements.Work independently as well as in cross-functional teamsIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, prototypes and
UI designsPlan and conduct UX research to seek insights into customer
behaviour and needsValidate design decisions and concepts with data and user testingIdentifiy and troubleshoots UX problemsLiaise and present work to get buy-in on project initiatives with internal
stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet both customer, consultant,
and business requirementsMentoring other designers and contributing to UX team processes and
initiativesWork with product managers, product owners and engineers to gather
and evaluates requirementsIdentify, understand and communicate issues, problems, and
opportunitiesYou'll be perfect for the role if you have:4+ years experience as a UX/UI or Product DesignerExperience with Figma, Sketch, XD or similarExperience in both qualitative and quantitative research and analysisExperience using and contributing to a design systemStrong knowledge of user-centred design and design thinking
