ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Ecommerce Team for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer. This role focuses on discovering deep insights into customer behavior and translating them into compelling user experiences that enhance our brands. You will be instrumental in transforming research findings into actionable insights and intuitive design solutions that align seamlessly with our business objectives. Ensuring responsive and accessible design patterns across various devices and platforms will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including developers, product managers, and trading teams—will be key to integrating these design solutions seamlessly across our platforms.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Previous UX/UI Design experience at a senior level
• Highly capable in design and prototyping tools (we use Figma)
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Solid understanding of both Qualitative & Quantitative research methods
• Adept communicator who can present design concepts effectively
• A curious problem-solver with great attention to detail
• Experience working in eCommerce & or Digital Teams
