Troocoo are working with a prominent customer-owned bank, committed to prioritising customers and supporting the community.
They are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for a 12 x month fixed term contract collaborating with the design cohort to deliver 2 x major projects.
As a Senior Digital UX/UI Designer, you'll shape digital user experiences and design cohesive user journeys across our digital channels, collaborating with Digital, Brand, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams.
Your role will involve creating intuitive cross-platform journeys and on-brand interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business outcomes.
You'll craft digital experiences that boost customer engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, and value, from initial ideas rooted in user research to fully articulated, validated designs.
You'll apply your UI expertise to leverage and evolve their design system, conduct user research, user testing, and analytics to deliver best-in-class, customer-centered solutions.
Experience/skills required:5+ years' experience in delivering digital experiences that create material value for customers and organisation.Extensive experience with user-centred design principles and practices, web/mobile standards, typography, colour, web/mobile usability standards and IA.Extensive knowledge in creating wireframes, user workflows, and low and high-fidelity prototypes and validating design ideas with usability testing.A strong portfolio of UI design that showcases your creativity and understanding of design principles and best practices.Able to prioritise where to invest time to achieve quick wins.Able to conduct competitor analysis and user testing.Recent experience with mobile applications and online web app experience.Excellent stakeholder management and maturity in being able to push back and defend your design decisions and ensure company processes are followed.To be considered please apply and include a link to your portfolio or a couple of recent case studies which show your skill level and thinking/approach.
