To do this successfully you will: Underwriting assessments within personal authority levelsMaintain individual service level, productivity and quality targetsApproval of referrals within authority levelsStrong adviser communication and relationship buildingPromote and drive a culture of extracting quality information from advisers and clients or any third party via tele-collection of informationStrategic development of Underwriting practices, processes, reduced requirement requests (e.g. PMAR) and cancellations rates, end-to-end cycle time targets and tele-underwriting excellence.Build and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers to gain industry knowledge on best practice underwriting capabilities.
