Senior Test Automation Analyst

Responsibilities of the role will cover the following key areas: Scope, define and maintain certification requirements and processes for eftpos products and services by liaising Create/maintain test plans and test strategy; define/maintain test tools for testing and certification drawing on technical expertise in EMV standards and eftpos specifications.Review and validate, test/certification reports.Liaise with vendors and suppliers for testing/certification deliverables and perform acceptance and integrating testing.Update, maintain, and distribute certification and testing documentation and minimize production issues by ensuring adequate test coverage on testing.Design and implement automation frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.Conduct a thorough analysis of software requirements and technical specifications to identify potential areas for automation.Execute manual testing as needed, particularly in scenarios where automation is not feasible or practical.The skills & knowledge you need to have: At least more than 1 year of experience in the payment industry is mandatory with an overall 5-8 years of experience with a focus on automation testing.Proficiency in one of the scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.Experience with automation testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).Experience with testing APIs using SOAP UI, Postman, Ready API, or any similar tool is mandatory.What's next: We know applying for a role can be a nerve-wracking experience, so we endeavour to review applications and plan to schedule screening interviews within the next two weeks.If you are among selected candidates, we'll be in touch to schedule a phone interview.In any case, we will keep you posted on the status of your application.We want to remove all barriers to inclusion so if you need advice or support with your application, we're here to help.Please reach out to .We also encourage you to let us know your pronouns at any point during the recruitment process.Job ID 18389B4C69
