You'll be responsible for: Assisting the quality assurance, compliance, and internal risk management activities across the NSW workers compensation contracts to provide assurance of businesses adherence to contractual and legislative obligations. Providing advice, support, guidance, and initiatives to the business in order to support achievement of all required contractual performance measures. Proactively identifying business improvement opportunities and collaborate with the business to gain support for the implementation of initiatives to improve performance. Assisting with routine testing and monitoring of quality and compliance controls to mitigate risk the risk of non-compliance relating to both contractual and internal policy and procedure, legislative and regulatory requirements, data quality and customer experience. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relation to compliance processes and procedures and provide oversight of adherence to the procedures. Draft, review and obtain feedback from stakeholders on documented procedures and obtain appropriate approval to then publish on the Allianz Australia Intranet. About you: Exposure to technical claims in Workers Compensation. Strong data analytical skills to convert risk and incident data into meaningful management information. Proven record of managing tasks that involve a high level of complexity, detail, and quality in prescribed timeframes. Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools and software (SAS, excel, etc.) beneficial but not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage relationships and influence people at all levels of the organisation and externally.
