Excellent opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst who has solid skills and experience in Testing D365 CRM.
Senior Test Analyst - D365 CRM | Manual + Auto Testing skills required
Based in Canberra | Open to Remote | Federal Government
Market Rates | Starting July | 12 + 12 month Contract
As the Senior Test Analyst on this program you will working within a large Federal Government department. You will need to be an Australian citizen but do not require a clearance. You will need to be an experienced and motivated CRM Tester who can work within the Power Platform and CRM Systems team supporting the ongoing testing of the CRM and business solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
Key duties will include but not limited to:
Design, develop and execute manual test scripts including regression and functional tests
Design and develop test plans and test cases that align with the current testing framework
Use of Azure DevOps and visual studio
Run automated scripts (where possible) for various application products
Update automated test scripts when required
Document and track defects through to resolution
Produce high quality, meaningful reports, and recommendations from testing results.
Work closely with fellow testers and the broader delivery team to achieve required outcomes
Provide support for external project initiatives
Participate in all agile ceremonies as required by the Team
Evaluation Criteria:
Essential criteria
1. Proven experience with functional, accessibility, UI (User Interface), integration, and regression testing.
2. Experience with Azure DevOps for test planning and defect management.
3. Solid understanding of testing principles and techniques
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with project stakeholders
5. Dynamic 365 CRM tester with 4-5 years' experience
Desirable criteria
1. Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science or appropriate testing certification.
2. Test Automation experience
3. Experience working on cloud-based systems
4. Familiar with database queries
