Senior Test Analyst / Lead - Automation | Multiple roles Based in Brisbane CBD | Mainly onsite with some WFH - No Remote Approx. $110-125/hour | Contract to 31/12/24 + potential extensions As the Senior Test Analyst / Lead you will have effective communication skills, strong analytical skills with a curious and inquisitive mindset and be a team player. You will be responsible for;
Collaboration with delivery stakeholders to define the scope of test automation and performance testing. Develop and implement automation testing strategies aligned with project goals. Lead the selection and implementation of automation tools and frameworks. Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide leadership and mentorship to automation testers, ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated tests into pipelines and continuously improve testing processes. Understanding and working to the strategy plan and test plans to ensure the delivered solution meets the requirements and deliverables of the customer. Assisting in the development and completion of manual and automated test plans. Liaise regularly with cross functional team to effectively plan and execute testing activities within agreed time frames. Identifying testing requirement scenarios. Reviewing and self-assessing test coverage ensuring traceability, quality assurance and quality completeness for own and others work. Develop and implement automation testing strategies aligned with project goals. Develops project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Your Technical Skills and Experience: Over 3 years of relevant work experience as a Lead / Manager with a deep understanding of test automation and performance testing tools and methodologies. Development of test automation scripts for System Test, Systems Integration Test and User Acceptance Testing, ensuring traceability to requirements. Design, implementation, and execution of both functional and non-functional tests, including performance tests. Assistance in unit test coverage reporting and conducting code reviews with the Development team. Preparation of test data for automation testing. Accurate reporting on test automation execution, performance, and coverage. Experience with agile testing methodologies. Experience in API (Application Program Interface) and UI (user interfaces). Skills in scripting and automating test scenarios. Skills in Command Line Interfaces (both Windows & Oracle, UNIX environments). Skills in SQL, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, qTest, and/or Python programming, including reviewing automation test code. Like to know more?
