At Sanitarium Moorooka, we're at the forefront of food technology, constantly pushing boundaries to deliver products that delight our Role:As a Food Quality Technologist at Sanitarium Moorooka, you'll play a crucial role in the improvement and maintenance of our range of food products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Production to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and nutritional Responsibilities:Ensure site is compliant to internal and external food processing standardsIdentify, control and report on food safety hazards (HACCP)Assess product on hold and make recommendations to Technical Manager for disposition.Provide technical knowledge and expertise to the wider production teams in a hands-on capacity. Work with stakeholders of all levels.Investigate and report on customer production and quality complaints.Deliver quality/technical training to production teams.Support quality systems by maintaining accurate documentation for product, materials and processes.Understand and develop document control processes and provide advice to document owners, authors and approvers.Conduct internal audits as planned and present audit reports to Management.Provide technical knowledge and expertise when trialing new processes, packaging or recipes.
