Senior Telecommunications Project ManagerProject Communications Australia (PCA) is seeking a qualified and experienced customer focused Senior Telecommunications Project Manager to support and provide leadership for our team in Northgate.
This will be to assist us in the planning and delivery of new and ongoing projects across Australia for the deployment of remote camp network, security and entertainment infrastructure.
You will be part of the Management team, assisting operational and strategic requirements within PCA.
You will get to work in a positive and collaborative environment, supporting and learning with our team of dedicated field technicians and solution experts.
From time to time, some supervision of existing staff will be required.

Responsibilities Lead projects from requirements definition through to deploymentIdentify schedules, scopes and project implementation plansCoordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and defined budgetsManage project documents and deliverablesManagement of project financesEstablish and maintain relationships with clientsProvide direct support to the Executive Management teamPromote a safe working environment for all team membersAbout you Strong business acumen.Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes.Demonstrate recent experiences in ICT Project Management.A strong understanding and proven experience in managing wired and wireless IP network projects.Proven experience with one or more delivery methodologies including Agile, Prince 2 or PMBOK.Stakeholder management experience is a necessity.Strong communications and leadership skills.Ability to supervise and lead teams.Ability to develop and understand complex projects.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.Professional Qualifications in relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Teams or similar.Any of the following will be highly regarded: Experience in medium and large-scale projects would also be preferred, within either the mining or construction industries.Experience delivering turnkey construction communication solutions for remote camps, including Internet Backhaul data, Network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Access Control and, TV and Streaming services.AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager certification or equivalent.Proficient with software such as SimPro, Xero, Procore and Reckon.Relevant qualification in Telecommunications or Computer Science.Working knowledge of Wi-Fi technology including Ruckus, Cisco, Meraki and GPON optical networks.Experience with drawing packages, e.g.
