The JP2072 project is responsible for the ongoing sustainment of the Australian Army's Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS) radios, including field support.In return, we offer outstanding opportunities to grow, with Raytheon Australia's exclusive professional development programs, and a raft of employee benefits tailored to suit every stage of your career and lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Program Manager in the day to day running of the Project and coordination of stakeholders.Collection and reporting on project performance management data and aligning actions to ensure program key performance indicators are met or exceeded.Preparation and management of program management artefacts, including meeting agendas, presentation packs, and action item management.Foster cross team collaboration to help the project complete tasks and produce deliverables.Support project procurement process and supply chain outcomes.Key Candidate QualitiesDemonstrated customer focus through active listening, positive language, and energy to anticipate, respond and follow through with colleagues and stakeholders.Excellent time management skills and ability to appropriately prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience in a project coordinator, supply chain administration, and/or customer service role.Understanding of inventory management, freight and distribution procedures and systems.Computer literacy including the use of collaboration platforms, Windows operating system, and the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
