The successful candidate will provide high quality customer service and technical support to all Queensland Health and external clients by providing frontline support via telephone, email and online communication tools whilst adhering to department standards, policies and processes.Role responsibilities:Register incident/requests into an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) tracking system.Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe, services and workplaces.Provide high quality technical support, adhering to department standards, policies, procedures and ITSM processes in order to maintain defined enterprise service levels.Assist management in decision making by providing sound oral and written advice including technical reports and specifications and trend analysis within eHealth Queensland.You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience.
