Administration of Palo Alto Services and equipment.Apply upgrades, patches, and system releases using the ITIL Release Management process.Execute project tasks as part of the implementation phase.Utilise strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve networking issues.Diagnose and resolve application and system internet connectivity issues.Perform discovery and profiling of internet-connected systems.Apply and maintain firewall policies.Manage SSL Inspection and other web delivery configurations.Manage explicit, transparent proxying and direct internet access.Work with diverse applications with internet requirements.Configure redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure high availability.Build isolated test environments and perform testing to validate configurations.Manage both Windows and Linux operating systems.Implement role-based access control policies.Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Write and review technical documentation, focusing on change processes and ensuring accuracy.Analyse and evaluate existing configurations and policies for improvements.Is this the opportunity for you?
To be successful in this role you will need a high level of understanding in Enterprise Solutions Domains as well as a demonstrated ability in designing, configuring and documenting enterprise systems within best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
