As a Senior Technical Lead Risk and Reg , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the protection of our customers' data and systems, driving innovation within Westpac. How will I help? Risk Management: Oversee and participate in technical risk assessments, incident management, and support a vulnerability management program of work for Digital and Consumer Finance (DCF) systems. Governance: Support Technologies governance processes and reporting requirements to both business and technology risk forums. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and external stakeholders to achieve DCF risk management objectives. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to technology delivery and support teams. Problem Solving: Drive technology teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues and incidents. Continuous Improvement: Assist in uplifting risk processes and drive initiatives to enhance the security and resilience of DCF systems. What do I need? Experience: 7+ years of experience in project delivery, with a focus on risk management and technical leadership. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of security and vulnerability management, as well as experience with digital internet-facing applications and advantageous to have experience in consumer finance systems. Certifications: Technical background with PMP and Agile Scrum certifications preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
