Each site provides an environment of safety and respect to address specific needs in areas such as income, housing, health, relationships, legal, education and employment.To Be Successful You Will NeedThe Ability to effectively lead a team to deliver service programs and ensure they remain aligned with organisational goals and objectives.Extensive experience working within government funded programs. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, community organisations, and other service providers to promote the organisation and its services.Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate and effectively lead a team. Prior people management experience including recruitment, rostering, supervision, coaching and providing feedback, as well as performance management. Comprehensive knowledge of organisational programs, policies, and operations.Tertiary qualifications combined with relevant industry experience or extensive industry experience. Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, families and communities will be highly regarded. Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds will be highly regarded. Out of hours may be required from time to timeIntra and interstate travel may be requiredCompliance A current QLD drivers licence 'Class C' or interstate equivalentBlue Card (Working with children card)A current national Police Check (within the last 3 months)Current First Aid & CPR CertificationsWhat We Can Offer YouSalary packaging availableFull time permanent roleAccess to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Access to a large variety of discounts through our HRIS benefitsDiversity and inclusivity are important to Anglicare NQ and we are committed to ensuring our workplace and services reflect this.
