The Role
As the Senior Team Coordinator, you'll be essential in supporting the Senior Asset Manager with financial management, invoicing, tenant communications, safety protocols, and operational administration. You'll contribute to a high-performing team while ensuring the centre operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities Issue monthly tenant statements and manage rental collectionsProvide weekly arrears updates; process rental reviews and adjustmentsOversee tenant/contractor lists, Tenant Bank Guarantee Register, and Critical Dates DiaryHandle customer incidents, complete reports, and follow safety protocolsBalance petty cash and support with quotes for maintenance and operational needsProcess Casual Leasing inquiries, forms, and invoicingAssist the Senior Asset Manager with smooth day-to-day centre operationsWhat We're Looking For Experience in a similar role within retail or asset managementStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial/admin processesExcellent communication and ability to handle multiple tasksApply Now
