Known for their positive stakeholder engagement, they are expanding and looking for a proactive Senior Team Coordinator to support a retail centre's seamless operation and success.The RoleAs the Senior Team Coordinator, you'll be essential in supporting the Senior Asset Manager with financial management, invoicing, tenant communications, safety protocols, and operational administration. You'll contribute to a high-performing team while ensuring the centre operates efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesIssue monthly tenant statements and manage rental collections.Provide weekly arrears updates; process rental reviews and adjustments.Oversee tenant/contractor lists, Tenant Bank Guarantee Register, and Critical Dates Diary.Handle customer incidents, complete reports, and follow safety protocols.Balance petty cash and support with quotes for maintenance and operational needs.Process Casual Leasing inquiries, forms, and invoicing.Assist the Senior Asset Manager with smooth day-to-day centre operations.What We're Looking ForExperience in a similar role within retail or asset management.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial/admin processes.Excellent communication and ability to handle multiple tasks.Apply NowTo learn more, contact Milli Hargreaves at 0439 778 823.
