ABOUT THE ROLE Your primary responsibilities will be the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements for taxpayers of various structures including trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals. You will have a strong client focus with direct client contact, providing general accounting, tax & business support to them. This role reports to the director, providing mentoring to the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years minimum experience in public practice TAFE/University Qualified Experience using MYOB AE Strong knowledge of MYOB AccountRight and Xero Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation fundamentals Ability to prepare financial statements and income tax returns to review stage, including preparation of detailed working papers Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Must have own transport Your application will include the following questions:
