Some Of Your Responsibilities Include

Contribute to the development of department's employee value proposition and support its application in attraction and recruitment activities.
Develop resources such as training, e-learning modules, how to guides, and Intranet content.
Interpret and apply legislation, directives, industrial instruments, Human Resource policies and guidelines.
Provide advice on contemporary attraction, recruitment, and selection practices.
Support talent acquisition projects including graduate programs, internships, and other career pathways programs.
