As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our global Go-To-Market (GTM) team. You will support the GTM function, which is spread across 14 countries, and be part of a Talent Team where everyone has each other's back and enjoys lots of fun and interesting work. In our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to impact our talent strategy, working in a company where hiring is a top priority, heavily invested in, and trusted.
You'll Be Empowered To Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders of the GTM teams, understanding their needs and providing strategic recruitment support.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the GTM team, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the Immutable story, vision, and culture with enthusiasm.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Prioritise diversity hiring and create inclusive recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance and support for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are kept up to date regularly.
Continually utilise data to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve our processes.
Contribute to building our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), run events, and bring innovative ideas to life.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently to meet hiring goals in a fast paced environment.
We'd Love You To Bring Extensive recruitment experience, with 4+ years in recruitment in-house, ideally at a global high-growth company.
Expertise in GTM hiring, with experience recruiting for global business development, partner success, and sales engineering roles.
A proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
The ability to rapidly upskill on new technology stacks.
Comfort working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
