Job Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role is responsible for delivering Talent Acquisition for all role types ranging from Logistics roles, Trades and Technical positions, and corporate professional roles.
You will partner closely with all Senior hiring leaders and form a part of a high performing and collaborative People and Culture team, working together to drive towards project talent acquisition goals, and delivering a continuously-improving candidate experience through your recruitment process.
You'll support leaders with expertise and guidance, delivering market insights and attraction strategies while supporting with training and recruitment know-how to ensure the right selection outcomes.
Delivering an engaging, efficient process; you'll work closely with a Sourcing Specialist on-site who will deliver proactive, strategic sourcing and collaborate to deliver sourcing campaigns to attract the best talent across Australia and internationally.
You'll have the opportunity to work with Harrier's Community of Experts (CoE) who will partner with you to support enhancement streams to drive optimal recruitment practices, enhance the customer EVP, and drive equity, inclusion and belonging.
You will have access to a high quality technology stack which will enable you to effectively build and nurture talent pools and manage a fast-paced portfolio, in a highly dynamic talent marketplace.
Flexibility is encouraged, with the ability to work 2-3 days and as required from an outstanding office space in the Perth CBD.
Whilst this role is initially being offered until August 2025, longer term opportunities are always a consideration at Harrier for the right candidate.
Qualifications Capabilities that will set you up for success Previous end to end talent acquisition experience working in a project based environment within mining and resources, engineering, industrial, logistics or similar Demonstrated capability to develop and manage targeted recruitment campaigns to deliver against project deadlines Fluid and proactive approach to communicating and engaging a wide range of stakeholders, providing counsel and insights, as well as project-critical updates Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent Talent pool creation management and optimisation; demonstrating an understanding of the candidate market and aligning talent for future opportunities A practical focus on continuous improvement and innovative process solutions Excellent ability in building and maintaining strong relationships to engage stakeholders and candidates Versatile and adaptive communication style to various stakeholder communities and the ability to articulate messaging in the most appropriate and effective forum Additional Information What's on offer when you join Harrier?
