You will offer strategic advice to Hiring Managers on our procedures and market trends. Additionally, you will be tasked with attracting and engaging passive candidates to bring them into ANZ.Role Location: MelbourneRole Type: 12 Month Fixed Term, Full time (40 hours/week)What will your day look like?As a Talent & Culture Consultant (Recruiter) within Talent Acquisition & Mobility, you will be accountable for:Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both internal moves and new hires, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies.Providing guidance and consultation to hiring managers on recruitment processes, market trends, and best practices.Engaging with internal talent to facilitate smooth transitions and career development opportunities.Attracting and connecting with passive candidates through proactive sourcing techniques and relationship building.Ensuring a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.Utilizing recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.Acting as a subject matter expert by providing functional advice to colleagues to meet the challenges.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Proven experience in recruitment, with either agency or internal; however, internal experience would be advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, market trends, and best practices, local talent landscape, ideally within the Engineering/Technology space.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; we are using SAP Success Factors.A proactive and solutions-oriented approach with a passion for identifying and developing talent.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
