The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for handling various support tickets, attending regular visits for high value managed service and prepaid support engagements.
Delivering project engineering services (both design and implementation) and being responsible for their IT needs end to end, the Senor Systems Engineer role is pivotal in the daily operations of our clients' services.
Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies delivering excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
Manage end point software installation and licensing, and end user device setup and transfer.
Provide general application support, advanced troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections.
Documenting time and technical information into our ticketing systems and client information tools.
What you'll bring?
Previous experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or similar role - MSP experience is highly desirable.
Experience migrating workflows from SCCM to Microsoft Intune.
Experience with PowerShell and editing existing/third party scripts.
Experience with application packaging, creating security baseline settings and Hybrid Join scenarios.
Certifications in relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
