Overview of our role Be empowered as the subject matter expert for the Group HRIS system to manage and support SuccessFactors enhancement. Furthermore, own and support with module implementation and ongoing BAU support. Your role will apply strong technical and functional knowledge and gap analysis ability to understand in detail how the business operates to ensure the right outcome for end users.
Manage and support SuccessFactors enhancement and module implementation and at times be required to lead the team in the achievement of BAU, enhancements, and projects.
Acting as a conduit between process owners, IT, and external vendors, you will support the provision of the Group HRIS solution, including day-to-day user support, system configuration, change identification, analysis and implementation that enhances system performance. Additionally, maintain system integrity and security.
A little about you Strong functional knowledge and gap analysis ability, understanding in detail how the business operates to ensure the right outcome for end users.Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and technical resources on a daily basis.Extensive Business or Systems Analysis experience.Significant experience in supporting and administering an integrated HR Information System.Expert in managing change programs, system upgrades, and release cycles.Qualifications / certifications & Skills Relevant IT or business-related qualifications (ideally Bachelors or higher).Proven SuccessFactors technical and functional knowledge and HR core processes.Understanding of Employee Central, Remuneration, Recruitment, or Succession modules highly regarded.Key SME across IT.Why you should come and work for us Our people are our energy source and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
