Your opportunity As our Senior Systems Administrator (Automation), you will work within the Application Management Team to ensure the ongoing and effective use of the Council's software applications.
Guided by our Values, you will:
Lead, maintain and support the efficient delivery of the councils applications and associated systems through monitoring ongoing processes and performance.Administer the technical and automation configuration of corporate information systems while providing technical support to internal stakeholders and software vendors during system implementations and upgrades.For full details, take a look at the Position Description.

has substantial achievement in supporting and enhancing software within SaaS, cloud, web based, client server environments and other major platforms.has demonstrated ability to provide a high level of technical and user support for corporate information systems in a medium to large organisation, with experience in council systems as a bonus. The Redland City Council (RCC) uses many applications, but our most critical business systems are provided by TechnologyOne CI or CIA modules, including Property and Rating and Customer Requests therefore, experience in this technology is highly desirable. The RCC has endorsed a multi-year Digital Transformation Program to support the next phase of our digital services vision for the community – To modernise the Council's systems, processes and digital service offerings to deliver contemporary and easier ways to access and interact with Council information and services.
