Join our dynamic ICT team as a Senior System Administrator specialising in Salesforce. If you are passionate about driving process improvements and efficiency enhancements, this role is for you.
You will lead innovation by identifying opportunities, collaborating closely with stakeholders to craft practical solutions, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure optimal performance of our Salesforce platform.

You will bring your expertise in system administration, problem-solving expertise, and collaborative spirit to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth.
In this role you'll lead identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and decipher their needs, devise practical solutions, and consistently enhance the platform. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform.
Key responsibilities: Implement and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions, ensuring optimal access, security control and user experience.Work with objects, fields, page layouts and workflows to streamline data capture and/or enhance user efficiency.Maintain online forms and software integrations.Create and maintain management dashboards and reports.Administer the identity management of the online portal.Create and maintain current templates.Implement and maintain data best practices including duplicate management, data validation rules and cleansing activities.Provide prompt support to users, addressing questions, resolving technical issues and offering proactive guidance.Develop and deliver engaging training materials to onboard new users as well as enhancing existing employee's Salesforce proficiency.Proactively monitor system performance and health, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.Contribute to the effective operation of the team, undertaking other duties as directed.For a full list of responsibilities, please refer to the attached role description.

Our office reviews agency decisions about access to information, mediates privacy complaints, and monitors and reports on agency compliance to Parliament.
