Take charge with minimal supervision, utilizing your technical skills to drive successful design projects. Lead by example: mentor and train junior team members on best practices in drafting standards, drawing management, and software usage. Collaborate across teams, fostering open communication and promoting continuous improvement for project success. Drive process improvements to enhance safety and optimize service delivery. Your Expertise: A minimum 2-year diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in substation primary drafting. Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS2067), particularly for Civil and Primary Design. Proficiency with CAD tools, especially MicroStation. Deep understanding of substation design, drafting regulations, and electrical clearances in HV Transmission. Essential: Experience working in Australia and full working rights to work in Australia.
