Salary range $96,824 - $108,423 plus superannuation
Up to $18,550 tax-free salary packaging options

The opportunity
This exciting role has two elements. On the one hand, it will involve ensuring our Contract Management System (CMS) is managed and optimised for all contracts across the Silverchain Group. On the other hand, it will involve leading a team of two subcontract officers who administer our aged care subcontracts to enable us to deliver services to clients. This role will develop good relationships with stakeholders across the business and drive a change program needed to optimise administration of a high volume of contracts and subcontracts.
Key responsibilities

Work with the CMS provider to ensure our CMS system is easily able to be used across the business.
Ensure all Silverchain contracts and related documents and legal templates are maintained in the CMS.
Maintain the CMS access register, monitor system performance and address any issues or risks.
Proactively improve contract administration and management processes for a high volume of contracts and subcontracts.
Assist in enhancing relevant systems, policies, and procedures.
Supervise, mentor and assist subcontract officers to ensure support for internal stakeholders using subcontractors for aged care services.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve subcontracting processes and procedures.
Suggest and implement measures to streamline compliance and compliance records for our subcontractors.

About you

Relevant field qualifications (e.g. contract administration, procurement, law, finance, project management) is desirable
Experience in contract administration
Strong attention to detail
Efficient time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Collaborative work with internal stakeholders
Knowledge of contract administration best practices and regulations
Familiarity with Agiloft or similar contract management systems would be advantageous
Focus on data integrity, critical analysis, and identifying discrepancies
Experience in contract management will be favourable
