VENN Engineering specializes in structural engineering and digital solutions, serving a diverse clientele locally, interstate, and internationally.
They are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects, drive innovation, and contribute to their growing success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead structural design projects with a focus on compliance and technical excellence.Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members.Certify building products through rigorous testing, analysis, and detailed reporting.Collaborate with clients to create digital solutions for the building product industry.Design cold-formed steel structures and inspect residential and small commercial buildings.Work independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.Support business development efforts with technical expertise in proposals and presentations.Stay current with industry advancements and best practices.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.At least 5 years of structural engineering experience with a proven leadership track record.Experience in residential and/or commercial design, including inspections.Knowledge of the NCC-BCA and relevant Australian Standards.Proficiency in structural engineering software, Microsoft Excel, and CAD tools.Progressing towards CPE status with Engineers Australia.Why VENN Engineering?
