The Senior Strategist gets to truly know our clients' brands, challenges and objectives so that we can deliver relevant, purposeful solutions that resonate and drive results. A curious nature and analytical mind are needed to build plans that go beyond a single project and consider the future of our clients and their customers.You'll support the Vice President of Creative and Media and Executive Creative Director across our portfolio of clients with existing initiatives and grow incremental projects, help drive new business including pitch work and agency initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Independently identify deep cultural, societal, and consumer insights that drive the development of impactful strategies from data.Data analytics management and in-depth understanding of how to translate into creative insights for the team to work off.Craft effective strategies for client business, understanding how to convert the clients' objectives into communication challenges we can help them solve.Craft culturally driven strategies for brand, social, and tactical client challenges.Work with the client on fine-tuning, even developing their business plans to enable results.Lead strategic work, workshops and co-created strategies for clients, ensuring we are leading the industry and pushing the boundaries of what's possible while delivering incremental improvements on ROI.Lead multidisciplinary teams with strategically sound efforts, e.g., digital team, product team, content, social media managers, ensuring the brief team sticks to the agreed strategy.Write inspiring creative briefs/packs that provide direction and imagination to the creative and design team.Produce engaging, entertaining, and informative brand and campaign strategies, including paid, earned, and owned across a variety of audiences, all backed with data.Provide thought-leadership to the creative and media team, ensuring the team is also up to date with social media (paid and organic) trends and developments.Support leaders across the business to develop and test new strategies, including overseeing plans to deliver successful ROI-positive approaches.Support account lead to manage strategy with a network of agencies, freelancers, and content creators, ensuring they are meeting the requirements of the strategic brief and delivered on time.Work with senior clients and consult on key strategy projects.Participate and drive new business pitches with leads.Measurement and reporting, showing expertise by summarizing the most relevant data to present to the client.SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:6-8 years experience in producing, driving, and leading strategies across brand and product initiatives, with reassurance your skills can easily translate across broad categories, including pro-bono.Broad understanding of owned, earned, and paid channels to weave into strategies, enabling a seamless experience.Understanding of using insights and data to power content and measurement.Up-to-date with current trends and cultural niches.A creative thinker but understands commercial goals and how to drive results.Ability to confidently work autonomously, yet be collaborative and know when to bring people in at each key stage.Expert in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, client-side and agency.Experience working with agencies and production partners.THE PERKS!This is your chance to be part of a team of humans - we come together in support, love and humanity to celebrate what makes each of us special.
